To register for the DDECS 2013 symposium, please complete the on-line DDECS 2013 REGISTRATION FORM & HOTEL RESERVATION REQUESTS and pay the registration fee. Registering early will save you money, and also help us to organize things better!
Registration Desk
DDECS 2013 Registration Desk will be located at Spa Resort Sanssouci, in Reception hall, and open on Sunday, April 7 (17.00 - 21.00), Monday, April (8.00 - 9.00), and then upon request.

The regular/student/retired (member/non-member) registration fee includes: attendance at the conference, proceedings, electronic proceedings, conference package, refreshment during breaks, lunches and dinners (excluding Sunday April 7, 2013), use of conference facilities and technical equipment, welcome reception, social program, and internet connection.
Accompanying person fee includes the poster session, dinner, welcome drink and social event.

We will e-mail you a confirmation of your payment when it arrives.
If you require an Invoice, please state the name and address of your institution on the Registration Form. We will send you the official Invoice before April 8, 2013.
Cancellation Policy
The registration fee deducted of 2000 CZK will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to Action M Agency no later than March 20, 2013. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
