Brno 26.4.2012 Studentskou soutěž a konferenci EEICT pořádají společně Fakulta informačních technologií (FIT) a Fakulta elektrotechniky a komunikačních technologií (FEKT) VUT v Brně. Zkratka vychází z anglického označení oborů, které studenti obou fakult studují - Electrical Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies.
