Equipment and devices 

Network analyzers and testers

  • Spirent Test Center - equipment for testing network devices and services. Suitable for both traditional performance testing and more detailed analysis of network devices and services.
  • OptiView DSVS Gig/WGA - device for computer network monitoring and diagnostics.
  • FlowMon Collector R5-1000 Pro - collector for Netflow monitoring of computer network traffic.
  • Base T/Portable-Desktop Tap and servers with SSD storage - equipment designed to monitor data on metallic networks.



Virtual and test environment

  • CiscoLab - a virtualization environment for emulating active network elements, see laboratory C304 .
  •  IP DSLAM and a set of ADSL/VDSL modems. Simulation of household connections using xDSL technologies with IPv6 support, see laboratory O203.





Special computing resources

  • Lamac1 - prototype capable of hosting up to 8 graphics cards with standard cooling designed for distributed computing over GPU
  • Lamac2 - a prototype capable of hosting up to 2 water-cooled graphics cards designed for distributed computing on top of the GPU
