This paper deals with parallelisation of a simulation library FuzzySIMLIB/C++ using OpenMP API.
Abstract
This paper deals with parallelisation of a simulation library FuzzySIMLIB/C++. Running simulation experiments on single-processor computer can be very slow -- so we tried to port the FuzzySIMLIB library to parallel environment in order to effectively use the power of multiprocessor machines. We used OpenMP API, because it allows to write elegant programs that are portable between parallel and nonparallel environments. We used OmniMP -- a free implementation of the OpenMP API.
