Annotation
The success of projects depends on the quality of project management mostly. The knowledge branch, which deals with issue is called the Project Quality Management and involves three basic processes:  quality planning - identifying which quality standards are relevant to the project and determining how satisfy them; quality assurance - evaluating overall project performance on a regular basic to provide confidence that the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards; quality control - monitoring specific project result to determine if they comply with relevant quality standards and identifying ways to eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performance. It is recognized that there are two aspects to the application of quality in project management: the quality of the project processes and the quality of the project product. A failure to meet either of these dual aspects may have significant effects on the project product, the project stakeholders and the project organization. This also emphasizes that the achievement of quality is a management responsibility, requiring a commitment to quality to be instilled at all levels within the organizations involved in the project, who each retain responsibility for their respective processes and products. Evolutions provide an opportunity for considering quality in a project requires a systematic approach. In case that the organization aspires to certification ISO 9001, there are expectations that the organization's quality policies are taken into account for implementation in the management of the project. In this article we concern how the organisation has to apply quality processes according to ISO 9000 standards in project management.
