Annotation
Today even for Linux we have several tools that enable in idfferent ways and for different purpose inspect internals of OS kernel in runtime. It can include advanced debugging of user application or the kernel itself or gathering of statistical inormation for kernel optimalization. These days we can hear lot about Solaris' new DTrace tool. This article brings overwiev of possibilities and way of useage of simillar tools for Linux.
