Anotace
Článek popisuje modifikovaný algoritmus na tvorbu fylogenetických stromú na bázi vzdálenosti. Vstup algoritmu tvoří předdefinované klastry dat. Použit je aglomerativní přístup. Algoritmus obsahuje novou techniku na tvorbu distanční matice, aby mohl být úspěšně nasazen na analýzu předdefinovaných skupin lidské mitochondriální DNA.
