Annotation
Based on some security problems in TCP/IP protocol design and newly discovered facts, pointed out by Paul A. Watson in his paper "Slipping in the Window: TCP reset attacks", we define conditions for implementing successful TCP reset attack as well as some modifications of the attack. The paper also identifies risks that can be caused by this attack, analyses results acquired from it's the attack implementation and also proposes how to protect hosts from this sort of attacks.
