Plánování a příprava předmětu Service Sciences na FIT VUT

This final thesis of complementary pedagogical studies for employees of Brno University of Technology deals with the process of planning and preparation of teaching aids for course Service Sciences at Faculty of Information Technology, Brno University of Technology (FIT BUT). In the first part, we describe theoretical aspects of the subject. We choose appropriate educational methods and supplementary teaching aids on the basis of methodological analysis of educational requirements, and design of a conception of course Service Sciences at FIT BUT. The second part follows up with preparation of a model lecture. To conclude, we sum up theoretical and practical contributions including a description of practical experiences of preparation and teaching in course Service Sciences at FIT BUT during the summer term of Academic Year 2007-2008.
