Abstract

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to design and implement the application for movie andserial management using the application program interface of web servers. The thesis describesthe used technologies and possibilities of data acquisition from the API. Furthermore,the database design itself is discussed. The result is an application implemented under .NETtechnology in C# using the Model-View-ViewModel pattern and the Microsoft SQL Serveras database server.
