Abstract
Eukaryotic genomes contain a large number of repetitive structures. This work represents the implementation of a tool for the assembly of repetitive DNA structures. For finding and assembling of repetitive DNA structures uses program the approach Overlap Layout Consensus. As input data the program uses a set of short reads sequenced by tool Illumina.
