Learning objectives:
  Individual creative student work during the technical project solving, its formal documentation, and preparation of presentation.
  Students receive an individual project specifications from various sections of the Computer Science to work out them individually under the supervising of skilled leaders. Students specialize in problem analysis, in designating of its solution, in verification of the found solution, in implementation, documentation and presentation. Students follow the instructions containing requests on contents and volume of the project, the project adjustment, working with a literature, the language quality and written report typografy as well as project parts consigned in the electronic form.
Knowledge and skills required for the course:
  Knowledge from the whole study.
Subject specific learning outcomes and competencies:
  Knowledge of the individual technical project building concepts and its successful presentation.
Generic learning outcomes and competencies:
  Student will learn how to solve the problems of individual work on technical project and how to defend the solution.

  1. How to get relevant sources of technical information
  2. Rules for writing technical documentation
  3. Layout of text of the report
  4. Citation of information sources
  5. Language quality of report
  6. Typographical rules for report preparation
  7. Programs for report editing and typesetting
  8. Requirments for electronic form of report
  9. How to successfully defend the project
  10. Review of standards related to work on the project

  Consultations with the supervisor.
