Reporting Bugs

Before you report bugs in Hugs, please look at the differences between Haskell 1.4 and Hugs 1.4 listed above as well as prior bug reports. Known bugs and bug reports are found on the Hugs home page at at http://haskell.org/hugs in the 'bug reports' area. There is also a form for reporting bugs via the web. If you would rather report bugs via email, please address it to hugs-bugs@haskell.org (or hugs-authors if you want to keep things a little more private). When submitting a bug report please be sure to include:

• The version of Hugs you are running.

• If you are not using a pre-compiled distribution, the configuration options used and C compiler used.

• The hardware and operating system you are running Hugs on.

• The expected behavior.

• The observed behavior.

• A session transcript (if necessary).

• Any related files or programs (if necessary).
