File-in IBM Smalltalk code

I have a new goodie that will file many IBM Smalltalk Applications
into Squeak. It supports the standard IBM Smalltalk file-in format,
supports categories, checks for prereqs and warns if they are not
present, and makes the application into a Squeak change set. See the
class comment in class Application of the file-in for more details.

Note that this goodie works by modifying other classes, such as Class
itself, and should probably be loaded into a new change set so you
can see it as a whole.
