Action
Welcome to the constantly-evolving page for Nation1 Action Group members or Nation1-ers who are just interested in what we're doing! Mary Fister has been acting as coordinator, you can contact her at mary@nation1.net. David Sontag is the assisting coordinator, his email address is david@nation1.net. Here's the list of other youth members of the Task Force Members and our adult advisors.
The vision: Nation1 connects and empowers young people. The network is divided up into ten sections, called ministries. One of these ministries is called the Action Ministry. It does the following:
- Creates and maintains action support services that are provided to Nation1 members through Nation1's virtual network and regional centers.
- Allocates funding to action projects.
We, the members of this task force, are designing this system. We have to have our complete blueprint done on March 10th. This is the running tab of what we've got done and what we've still got to do.
- Action Support Services, a list of services we will provide to Nation1 members with links to what the whole thing will look like and more detailed descriptions of how each service will work.
- How the Action Ministry is connected to the other ministries
- Supporting action projects, a description of how to become an action project, how to procure funding for the project, and how to use the Action Support Services to further the goals of a project.
- Access Levels for n1 Action database, a document summarizing the basic hierarchy and steps used to access Nation1 Action information.
