I'm a bit of a language maven, and have toyed with Smalltalk since the mid 1980's. Though I use Java and Perl for most of the development I do nowadays, I always come back to Smalltalk (specifically, Squeak) for a refreshing viewpoint and a bit of excitement.
We use a Swiki (Commanche) at work for the tech group's documentation.
