Squeak Alpha Testing

Alpha testing is also known as "Test Piloting." This involves running the very latest Squeak development version available from Squeak Central. Often, it will not be as stable as the previous official release. (See SqueakVersions.)

There are two ways to obtain the latest alpha version of Squeak:
You can

Update an existing image to an alpha image via the server
Download a new alpha image from the ftp site.
