This is a cumulative front end into the Linux Gazette series for those who want to view TWDT.  Note:  though the series is geared towards Linux, you can use any OS you want that runs Squeak for coding along.  Also, though the series is geared towards Squeak, many of the examples will run in any flavour of Smalltalk.
    FYI, my original intent was to round the series out at 5 articles.  However, the response has been positive enough that I'm considering extending it, at least until my 2nd child is born - then all bets are off!  :-)

• this first article was written as a stand-along and is targeted more at experienced programmers.  The subsequent articles are targeted more at newbies and are written as part of a series.
