Anotace:
Podstata projektu spočívá ve vytvoření týmu doktorandů, jejich kooperaci na řešení problémů využití moderních metod informačních technologií v biologii a medicíně, a dosažení konkrétních cílů spočívajících ve vytvoření nových aplikací IT v uvedených oborech. Řešeny budou zejména aktuální oblasti biometrie pro bezpečnostní aplikace a identifikaci živého organismu, analýzy elektrických projevů orgánů, zejména srdečního svalu a mozku, zpracování genomických signálů, aplikace a vývoj moderních IT metod v hodnocení ekologických a populačních rizik, IT řešení zdravotnických informačních systémů, vývoj analytických nástrojů
pro klinická data a výzkum metod stochastického modelování v prediktivní medicíně. Na řešení grantového projektu se budou podílet školitelé a doktorandi Ústavu biomedicínského inženýrství FEKT VUT, Ústavu inteligentních systémů FIT VUT a Institutu biostatistiky a analýz MU. V projektu bude probíhat úzká spolupráce mezi všemi participujícími institucemi.
