Annotation:
Project fingerprint ground truth database for finger minutiae data (GTD) has been initiated by members of the ISO SC37 and the German Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA). The ground truth database shall serve for developing and conducting semantic conformance tests as well as biometric sample quality assessment.
