Medical Data Segmentation Toolkit (MDSTk, see http://mdstk.sourceforge.net/) is a collection of 2D/3D image processing tools originaly aimed at medical image segmentation. MDSTk containes number of routines for volumetric data processing (3D filtering, edge detection, etc.) as well as fast low-level vector graphics library for 3D surface modeling and meshing.
