Vladimír Malenovský

Vladimir Malenovsky is a senior researcher at University of Sherbrooke and VoiceAge Corporation in Canada. His long-term research interests are in Speech and Audio Coding, Mobile Communications and Machine Learning. He is currently a research assistant and partial lecturer at the Speech@FIT research group at Brno University of Technology. He was involved in the development of several telecommunication standards such as ITU-T G.711.1, ITU-T G.718 or 3GPP EVS. He holds 6 US patents and 12 publications. He is a senior member of IEEE.
