Abstrakt

Tento článek se zabývá klasifikací rodových a úplných erbů. Je velmi složité získat datovou sadu, protože dle našich informací neexistuje žádná veřejně dostupná datová sada obsahující erby. Z toho důvodu jsme rozšířili náši sadu pomocí techniky Neural Style Transfer a jednoduchých transformací.  Diskutujeme výsledky konvolučních neurnových sítí, které byly trénované od začátku nebo byly předtrénovány na Imagenet  datasetu. Popisujeme také úpravy architektur těchto sítí. Nejlepších výsledků jsme dosáhli pomocí VGG architektury. Ukazujeme přesnost během trénování, per-class přesnost a také normalizovanou matici záměn pro VGG16 architekturu. Dosáhli jsme top-1 přestnost kolem 60% a top-5 přestnost 80%. Podle našeho nejlepšícho vědomí, toto je první práce, která se zabívá klasifikací erbů, proto nemůžeme porovnat naše výsledky s ostaními.
