HeadViewer - simulation tool for viewing head from the CCTV camera positionDescriptionPeople detection and recognition with uses face detection is independent on many features. Features are including camera properties as resolution, lens, color sensitivity etc. Next important features are environment factors and human position. If camera have wrong placement, then face detection performance or face recognition will be worse rate. The application operates with variables receiver from practical experiments with face detectors. Application allows simulate various camera position so we can improve the position of camera for the face detection. When camera position is optimized, then face detection results should be better. The application is intended for security forces and other security services.
