Started programming in Smalltalk 7 years ago. Worked with ObjectWorks 4.1 (http://www.uqam.ca/), Visual Smalltalk Enterprise (http://www.marquedor.com/), then VisualWorks 2.5 (http://www.interfacing.com/), after VisualAge 3.0a (http://www.creative.ca and http://www.logisil.com) and now I'm in love with Squeak. I have worked for Creative Technologies International (http://www.creative.ca) for 4 years as a programmer in IBM VisualAge 3.0 and later ended being an analyst for Logisil (http://www.logisil.com).

Currently working on a chess program named Lamneth (http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/squeak.725) entirely written in Squeak. Besides squeaking in my spare time, I work for IBM International (http://www.ibm.com) as a programmer/analyst in IBM VisualAge Smalltalk 5.5.

Other fields of interest include parallel architectures and programming, genetic algorithms, simulations, the Orang-Utan chess opening (http://www.aei.ca/~lamneth/sokolsky.html) and databases (DB2/2).

Also love baseball (San Francisco Giants), playing bass guitar, playing Realm (http://www.ladyPolgara.com), playing Strat-O-Matic baseball (http://www.strat-o-matic.com/index.htm), reading books and listening to tons of music...
